What is our mission?
Our mission in Anam Studios is to supply unmissable ethical hand-curated clothing and footwear. To make sustainable and ethical shopping easy, fun and most importantly affordable without having to sacrifice your personal style
Our sustainability statement?
ANAM STUDIOS was created in the pursuit to be part of the future of change in the fashion industry and how we shop. We are committed to showing how fun, easy, budget friendly and important shopping sustainable is. As a slow fashion brand and store, suppling high-quality timeless pieces that consumer will treasure and keep for a life-time is our ultimate goal ! slow fashion is the future !
What UN Sustainable Development Goals are we contributing to?
- UN Goal 12 : Responsible production and consumption - UN Goal 13 : Climate Action - UN Goal 14 : Life below water The fashion industry is responsible for 10% of Global CO2 emission. Furthermore, Waste is 1 of the biggest problems facing climate change due to the influx of major Fast Fashion Corporations. In Europe alone we consume 26kg of clothing per person each year, with an average of 11kg being discarded every year. 20 % of global industrial water pollution can be tied to garment manufacturing, 1,800 gallons are needed just to grow enough cotton for 1 pair of jeans ! The industry releases half a million microfibers into our oceans every year. And the list goes on, and on , and on.....

What internal measures do we take to reduce our companyโ€™s carbon footprint?
All our materials and fabrics are purchased second-hand and repurposed/ up-cycled for new products. Our vegan footwear line is custom made, which cuts waste dramatically ( we ONLY make what we sell, no huge stock piles of product)
